Love the idea… But just no

I really want to see the upcoming Munster (bts) But I can’t Purchase a ticket, since my card is not “valid“ (not from the US). You can only choose 3 currencies, and I think this is sad, since they are excluding so many other countries

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, had a problem with customs that was their fault because they sent the wrong invoice, been trying for months to get em to fix this but they just keep answering nonsense and things i already know and mentioned in previous emails, just a pain to contact, don't recommend.

Amazing experience like always with…

Amazing experience like always with Wevers shop, been buying from here since they opened never had a problem, and customer service was also very fast and informative.
And the little cash back is quite nice ????

This was unexpected

Surprisingly, my album was delivered on time. I pre-ordered Be Essential Edition so the shipping day was supposed to be on February 19th. Mine has been shipped on the 22nd because I pre-ordered it very late. I only waited a week until I received my order, which shocked me because I have seen all those bad reviews (that are legitimate by the way) and because some others fan that are from the same country has mine said that it could literally take AGES. I am very satisfied !

DONT BUY FROM HERE!!

I bought an item from them and never received my order. I contacted them about it over a month ago and they just sent me an automated message. Never buying off this app again unless trying for fan signs. If your item says 'shipping soon', open up a case on paypal and give them evidence you tried to contact the shop and they'll give you your money back. This worked for me.

weverse has some severe issues

I had issues with three different orders last year. I contacted customer service wondering why my packages wouldn't ship and was told it was due to the pandemic. Eight months and a lot of back and forth with customer service later, I was finally informed that it had nothing to do with covid but with the shipping adress. They had probably just been too lazy to look into it. My biggest issue is the lack of communication between the company and the customer. When you write to them they won't even bother to answer the questions but rather send you an automated response about covid or other information that you could easily look up yourself.

Have been waiting over a year for an…

Have been waiting over a year for an order I can't even cancel as they keep the status in "shipping soon" (its been shipping soon for 8 months). Their customer service is terrible. Have been told multiple times the order will ship soon and it never does. They don't fill out customs forms correctly so you are guaranteed to pay more in import and tax than you pay for the item.

Weverse is a no go

Weverse to me is awful for two reasons.. one is the fact that postal codes suddenly need to be in 99999 format.
The second is I had an order on shipping soon for over two months. I contacted them several times about it. They also told me they can't cancel it. I opened a dispute through PayPal and suddenly they were able to cancel. If your order is on shipping soon for a long time make screenshots of the e-mails and messages you sent them and open a dispute with PayPal or your creditcard company, be sure to escalate it to PayPal after opening it so they can review everything. It helped for me and I was refunded.
If you can find a reseller for the items you want please use them instead of Weverse.

Insanely Horrible Customer Service

On April 16, 2020, I placed an order from Weverse a membership kit. I waited the accustomed 6 months but now we are 10 months post purchase. No merchandise, a standard shipping soon notice in the order and no further details. You can not speak to a human being, they open a ticket and close the ticket when they send you an innnocuous note saying we check your order and it’s shipping soon! This is abominable customer service. This might be acceptable in other parts of the world but not here. Please clean up your customer service mess!

I dont understand how can such…

I dont understand how can such billionaire company have such terrible shipping and customer service! I think they take advantage of our love for bts but its not fair that even paying so much money for shipping (sometimes shipping is more expensive than the actual product) and still we dont get tracking code, it takes months to arrive! Sometimes things dont arrive at all! Its a big scam!
